Cancel at least 7 days before your rental date for a full refund. No-shows, and cancellations made fewer than 7 days out, are charged the full rental amount. No refunds for weather or early returns.

We don’t refund or extend rentals for weather, wind, or water conditions — planning around the day is part of boating here. If conditions turn genuinely unsafe, our team may pause activity, and we’ll never pressure you to go out when you’re not comfortable.

We don’t provide a captain for a standard rental — every renter completes a 15-minute on-water orientation before departure. For a full-day guided experience with one of our team on board, we can occasionally arrange staffed charters on request.

Every rental comes with a wakesurf board, a wakeboard with bindings, a kneeboard, and a two-person tube. Boards are cleaned and inspected between every use. You’re welcome to bring your own gear too.

Our MasterCraft boats are rated for 18 passengers across the fleet — the X-Star S, the three X24s, and the X26 each seat 18. We follow the manufacturer’s capacity rating strictly.

We recommend 2–3 weeks ahead for summer weekends (Memorial Day through Labor Day) — they fill up fast. Weekdays and shoulder-season dates are usually open with a week or less of notice.
